Best Wedding Venues Cheshire

As a Cheshire Wedding Photographer, I have been lucky enough to photograph weddings in some of the most breathtaking venues in the county. From rustic barns, tepees in the back garden to fantastic manor houses and castles. There is a perfect wedding venue for every couple in Cheshire. I have listed below some of my favourite wedding venues in Cheshire and why I love photographing at these venues.

Arley Hall Wedding

This is a dream venue for not only couples but also for wedding photographers. The gardens create such an amazing backdrop for your images. The hardest part for me was where to photograph the couple as there are just so many amazing locations both inside the venue and also outside in the gardens. The last wedding I photographed at Arley Hall was in 2024 and I hope to photograph here again soon.

Soughton Hall Weddings

Another beautiful venue with trees lined either side of the drive as you drive up to the Hall you really do feel special. The Hall can cater for both indoor and outdoor wedding and has various areas inside where you can get married. You have exclusive use of the venue on the day and again this is another wedding venue with plenty of opportunity to get some amazing photographs.

Delamere Manor Weddings

Delamere Manor in my opinion is one of the best wedding venues in Cheshire, and I had the pleasure of photographing a particularly memorable wedding here. The couple had secretly married abroad but chose to have a full wedding ceremony when they returned to England. They kept their initial marriage a secret, adding an element of surprise for their guests. As the groomsman started the ceremony, it didn’t take long for the guests to know something was happening. The surprise and joy on their faces were priceless, creating unforgettable photo opportunities.

Old Palace Chester Weddings

Chester’s secret wedding venue so close to the River Dee and you will still miss it. I have photographed numerous times at the Old Palace and have loved every wedding I have photographed there. I am a prefered supplier at the venue and have several weddings at the venue this year. The venue has the best bridal suite I have ever seen please see pictures below. With a seperate make up room for the bride and bridesmaids to use beforehand. The whole venue is lovely and the staff are amongst the most friendliest you will ever meet. The pizza oven at the nightime is also another great feature.

Carden Park Weddings

Situated just on the Cheshire North Wales Border this wedding venue can also host weddings indoors and outdoors. There is also the oppurtunity for golf lovers to play on the championship golf courses or relax in the health suite the day before or after your wedding. Your guest will be amazed as soon as they pull into the venue the drive to the hotel really does have the wow factor.
